Results like that come from a proper SEO campaign, which is a long-term investment. We completely get not wanting to commit to that with a company you've never worked with.
So instead of asking you to trust us, we'd rather prove what we can do first.

Plenty keep the free site and never spend a penny, and that's fine too. The one thing you pay for is your own domain, about £12 a year, and that money goes to the registrar, not to us.
No. Hosting for your starter site is £0 a month. It normally costs £15, and £0 stays your rate for as long as your site is with us.
Yes. Your domain is the one thing you provide yourself, and importantly, it stays in your name. We don't make a penny from it, the money goes to the domain provider, it's simply the thing we need to make your website live. It's a bit like us fitting your kitchen worktop for free: we'll do all the fitting, but you still buy the worktop. You can use any provider, and if you don't have a domain yet, we'll send you a simple GoDaddy walkthrough showing you how.

We'll build the website properly and make sure the basics are in place, but ongoing SEO is not included with the free starter site. Competitive Google rankings normally take ongoing SEO work, content and authority building, and that's the kind of work behind the larger enquiry results shown earlier on this page. For honest context, ongoing SEO for a local business typically costs £500 to £1,000+ a month across the UK market, so a free one-page site is a proper starting point, not a replacement for that.
